إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَ مَلَئِهِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا وَ كَانُوا قَوْمًا عَالِينَ
To Firon and his chiefs, but they behaved haughtily and they were an insolent people.
